Live Chat During Play

If a hand disconnects or a bet does not register, our live chat team can pull the round history and resolve it. Reach them directly from the lobby without leaving your table session.

Account and Wallet Help

Questions about your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket balance showing in your poker chip count are handled through account support. Wallet credits typically reflect before the next hand is dealt.

Table and Room Queries

Not sure which room suits your stake range or how a side bet in Three Card Poker pays out? Our support team knows the table rules and can walk you through the payout structure.

HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play in Our Live Poker Rooms

Certified Studio Streams

Tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play come with independently certified shuffle and deal processes. Neither studio uses pre-recorded footage — every hand is dealt live on camera in real time.

Transparent Payout Tables

Side bet odds for Three Card Poker and Casino Hold'em are published in the table info panel. We only show figures the provider has verified — no made-up percentages.

Secure Account Access

Your poker session runs under SSL encryption. Account login uses OTP verification, so no one can join a table on your wallet without the code sent to your registered number.

Provider Accountability

Evolution and Pragmatic Play are audited studios operating under published provider agreements. If a technical fault voids a hand, the round is flagged and the stake returned per the provider's fair-play protocol.

Explore Our Live Poker Lobby

Our live poker section pulls tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play — two studios with round-the-clock dealer shifts and multi-camera streams. Casino Hold'em sits alongside Three Card Poker for players who want faster rounds, while Ultimate Texas Hold'em gives you the full community-card experience against the dealer rather than other players. Table limits vary by room, so you can start at a

comfortable stake and move up when you feel ready. Players in Dhaka and across Bangladesh reach the lobby through the mobile browser with no download needed. RTP figures are shown where the provider publishes them for that specific table — we do not invent numbers that are not verified.

Live Poker Glossary for Bangladesh Players

What is the ante in live poker?

The ante is a mandatory bet placed before cards are dealt. In Casino Hold'em, both you and the dealer post antes to start the round. It determines the base payout if your hand wins.

What does 'fold' mean at a live table?

Folding means you give up your hand and forfeit the ante for that round. You choose to fold when your cards look weak compared to what the dealer might hold after the community cards are shown.

What is a side bet in Three Card Poker?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main hand. In Three Card Poker, the Pair Plus side bet pays out based purely on your three cards, regardless of whether the dealer qualifies.

What does RTP mean for a live poker table?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of wagered money returned over many rounds. Live poker RTP is shown in the table info panel only where the provider has published that figure.

What is a 'qualifying hand' for the dealer?

In Casino Hold'em, the dealer must hold at least a pair of fours to qualify. If the dealer does not qualify, your ante pays out automatically and your call bet is returned as a push.

What does KYC mean for my poker account?

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification step before your first withdrawal. You submit a valid ID so the platform can confirm your account details match your registered wallet.
